10 new and exciting things for 2010

Well I just finished watching my favorite show Grey's Anatomy and ate a whole bowl of homemade popcorn so I am ready to attempt my blog again. A lot has happened this year and so quickly! Here are the top ten events of our new year:
1. I am officially done with school. I got my degree in the mail and am officially a BYU-I alumnus. Very cool to say.
2. Jeremy has stopped working for Salt Lake Express shuttles and is just focusing on school now. It is great because he is still listed as a sub so people can call him if they can't make it but it's only once or twice a month and we still keep our free shuttle benefits. He is able to just study and actually sleep now and we get more time together which is really nice.
3. I am now the household provider. . . talk about pressure. I am working as a substitute for Madison and Idaho Falls School districts and love the teaching part but HATE the unpredicatability and the fact that some weeks I get calls every day and some weeks I get one a week which is not enough to pay for bills. I am hoping to find a job with set days and times so I don't have the anxiety of wondering. . .
4. We sold our adorable bunny Buddy. I bawled for about 10 minutes after we got rid of him. He was like our child basically. . . hopped everywhere we went and loved to snuggle. Unfortunately we just didnt have the pateince to keep cleaning him and the space and time to play with him (plus were not supposed to have him in our new apt). I comfort myself by knowing that he went to a family with three younger boys who were SO excited to get him. We got a little bigger fish tank to compensate and give our fishies more room to swim.
5. WE MOVED! Crazy huh. . . we heard our apartments were going up for sale and we had been in there for awhile and were ready for a change. We found these townhouses for rent that are cheaper than the last place, closer to campus, and two stories with more storage room. It is wonderful. We are still putting hte final touches but its just about there.
6. I found out one of my best friends in the entire world is pregnant! Yay Maddie! She is due in September and Kelsey and I are throwing her a baby shower.
7. MY sister in law Karissa gave birth to the most adorable little girl ever. Angela Rose Clemens. I got to go down and spend a few days with the in laws and my sweet new niece. Its official . . . baby mania is in! There are 19 girls in my ward pregnant all due within 2 months. Thats a lot of dinners.
8. The snow is finally starting to melt in RExburg. A part of me is sad because I didn't get to do a few things I wanted to like make a snowman, cross country ski, and go snowshoing. Who knows. . . Rexburg is knows for crazy random snowfalls so maybe we will get another chance.
9. Calling changes. . . becasue we moved I know my time as Primary President is quickly coming to an end. I have loved it so so much and will be sad to leave but I'm ready for a change. Jeremy also recieved a calling only 2 months ago as second counselor in sunday school presidency which will be short lived since we moved. I am excited to see what our new ward will be like but will miss our 92nd ward so much. It is definately the funnest ward I have ever been in and has the most amazing people and bishop.
10. hmmmm. . . guess I ran out of things. God bless you all and hope this update helps. I promise I will try to be better at blogging so you don't have to read novels every time.
